The problem with Twilight is that it actually is as bad as the crap thats out there, in my opinion the crappiest of them all. As a twihater and Shakespeare fanatic there is a countless number of flaws and holes within the plot itself. brbr Bella is not a true protagonist. the character in any story needs to have some sort of flaw or difficulty that they need to over come. Bella is just too perfect aside from the fact that she has two left feet. she moves to forks coming from an enhanced school, sits beside the hottest guy in class, his family adores her aside from rose and everything basically flows along the lines of wish full thinking fantasizing girl. this is not the type of character that should be in such a story. this is also one of the reasons why alot of people compare HP to twilight. harry needs to remain on the good side, to never give up faith and stay true and determined to his goal to defeat voldemort. bella does not even try to attract edward. before she realizes that she has developed a maniac obsession over edward hes already head over heels with her. brbr there is no substance to the plot. it is a pure escapist work. as such an escapist work generally should not be more than a book long. none of the problems that arise have any actual substance in them. The work does not revolve around any central theme. those who assume the theme is love you are mistaken since what is between ed and bella is hysterical infatuation. she is obsessed with his car, his skin, hair, eyes that change colour and so forth. this is infatuation not love. love is not something that is defined or provided under the type of car a guys has, hair texture, eye colour or anything of that sort.HP is an example of an escapist work but there is a multitude of themes and the dominant bieng the battle between good and evil. C.S Lewis Chronicles of narnia is also an escapist work but he portrays a variety of christian themes within his work. there are millions of escapist work out there that can portray a proper message by integrating their ideas into the lives and experiences of the characters that they create. Meyer fails to this very simple and most fundamental aspect of any work in literature. brbr there is a countless amount of holes in the plot which leave readers who actually take the time to analyse work confused and often times frustrated. Meyer takes a new twist on the blood curdling and peculiar creature of the vampire. this is perfectly fine as long as you have planned out, with great caution the differences that these vampires have and to be able to support their actions. for example vampires cant get pregnant... ok... but edward can impregnate bella? this doesnt work out. if all bodily functions stop as a vampire than renesme should not have come to this bamboozling fictional world.it seems meyer had a habit of skipping bio class too. brbr who the is the audience for this work? is it supposed to be for year old girls? if so i doubt that many yr old know what the word ostentatious means. the level of, for the sake of twihards, quotromancequot in twilight is not appropriate for this age group as bella portrays a girl who has developed an unsightly and sickening addiction to Edward. Meyer writes with no sence of audience. even dr. Yes, unconditional hate is hate taken to the extreme. It is the kind of hostility that we see in crimes based on race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or national origin. Thus, the term hate crimes. I believe unconditional hate, for most of us, defies logic. Thats why I still have hope that unconditional love will triumph over evildoers.

i believe the same thing. recently iv had those thaughts but then i think of all the people i know and my family and realize how they depend on me. life is given to us for a reason. you just gotta let life take its course. just like anything else. dont overwork it itll come on its own.

This is objective perfection I think.brbrSomeone you truely love is also beyond improvement. If you are not aware of someones flaws, they are perfect in your eyes. This is a subjective perfection I think. It is also romanticism. Its definitely not realism but love and realism couldnt be any more opposite to one another.brbrEveryone and everything is perfect if you look through loving eyes. Like a mother looking at her new born child.brbrIf we stopped trying to improve everything and judging it with concepts of right, wrong, good and bad, including ourselves, we would live in a perfect world.brbrPerfect, in my eyes is the absense of judgement.
